Communication wasn't great but managed to change a microwave, stove and washing machine. Would advise asking to great you when you'll move in with an updated inventory list so you'll both go through it then and there! I'd wish i've done that! in stead i first meet the landlord at the end of mine(5+ years or so) with a piece of paper done by "a professional auditor". I'd also advise you'd call the landlord to visit the flat at least once a year especially with the flat being in the state it is(landlord's not going to bother -but of course challenge the state of carpets etc.).

Area for the first 3years(2015-2018) or so was quite ok, quiet with friendly neighbours but things changed especially after PureGym opened across the road... things got quite a bit different after, especially in the morning and afternoon. Some of the newer neighbours have a habit of getting annoyingly load Friday-Saturday over night(loud TV, karaoke God knows what).
