The landlord was unresponsive and slow to fix issues (most of the time did not fix them at all). At the end of the tenancy, he used our deposit as leverage for us to fix issues which had previously been there. He sequentially raised issues until he found something we had no evidence against and subsequently deducted from our deposit against our will.

Property was large, however it was not well maintained. Bedrooms 2 and 3 had a stud wall between them...might as well have not been there.
