Landlord rating
reaponsible for day to day managing of the property and getting issues fixed. Came to fix most issues himself instead of passing the fix to a professional.
Large deductions from deposit for items part of normal wear and tear of a property that is 15 years old with fittings that were average quality at best. Didn't agree with most of the issues raised but just didn't have time or resources to contest as I needed the remaining money
