When I told the landlord about a leak, he told me it was the tenants responsibility to find out where it is comming from. That is just one example of his bad attitude and unprofessionalism. There was poor communication about how problems would get solved and I had to continuously ask for updates. When I left (by terms in the contract) I recieved threatening emails saying I needed to pay money or he would send debt collectors to my door.

The property is not fit for purpose and is not safe! The fire door leading into the kitchen does no close properly. The kitchen cieling fell down due to a leak that tenants have been complaining about for months. There was a leak of dirty water comming into my shower from the shower in the room above. There is black mould in the bedrooms. The bedroom had nail clippings in the carpet when I moved in, it was dirty!

The neighbourhood did not feel safe and there is only on street parking. I had to call the police about neighbours. I did not feel safe.
