The landlord is terrible. Do not be fooled by initial impressions when you first meet! We would advise you do not rent through him as he will not pay for any repairs to be completed because he has no money, does some work himself (rarely), but he doesn't know what he is doing as he isn't properly trained. He is unresponsive when chased for updates and will look to take your deposit when you leave for issues that were already in the house when you moved in! Landlord will promise you that he will complete works but will never come round to do it. He always has an excuse. He didn't rectify any problems we had in 12 months of being there. We would have moved out sooner, but were contracted to 12 months. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

House has potential but the decoration is finished to a very low standard and the landlord will promise you that he will complete works but will never come round to do it. He always has an excuse. He will then take some of your deposit at the end of your tenancy to "rectify" the issues that were there when you moved in. If you decide to ignore our warning, just make sure to have a proper check-in report otherwise you will end up paying for it!
