3 bed terraced house and back yard we found out had zero insulation holes all over roofs water would come through bathroom. Also through dining ceiling walls needed repointing walls etc was soaked & got full of mold. Carpets were wet ( all had been covered in paint so wed not seen. If called in an emergency on the emergency number we got an earful and hung up on. 9 times roofer came out & more times where hed not shown or "forgotten" house was freezing & wet our twins were really ill as was i we called environmental health the agency didnt bother to show. Environmental said should have been condemned. At end of mth 4 we snapped. Found another agency who understood our plight and got us a house. We moved out within a week though theyd been told not to readvertise or move anyone in till works had been done they had it up for rent which i reported to environmental health.
