If it was possible to rate a negative number of starts I would do so.
Whilst this was not a traditional tenancy with a tenancy agreement, I was paying rent to the landlord, who was also living in the property and therefore was classed as a ‘sitting tenant’. Throughout the tenancy the landlord (and housemate) was dirty in communal areas (leaving her dirty dishes out for days at a time), reluctant to make essential repairs and replacements to the property and at times unpleasant. The tenancy ended when I was requested to move out without suddenly (without appropriate notice) despite me having already given her notice that I was in the process of moving within the next few months (I was unable to give her a more specific time frame due to the process I was in). Following my statements that I was unable to move any sooner than I already was, and a brief verbal disagreement, this landlord had another individual close to them enter the property and behave in an aggressive manner towards me; threats of extreme physical violence were made and I was forced to leave immediately in violation to sitting tenants rights.
If anyone considers renting from this landlord in the future, please be aware of their absolute neglect of their duties as a landlord and unsafe behaviour towards their previous tenant.

Broken shower in the main bathroom. Downstairs shower completely unusable. Limited access to the facilities whilst the landlord was residing in the property. Expectations from the landlord to take care of their pet whilst they travel for days at a time.
