Service from landlord was non existent never hardly seen him. Charged well over what property worth state it was in. Only real communication was when he was harassing me (45 texts, emails calls over 2 days) as wanted to move in with me!!!! Hence reason i got sect 21 then evicted as reported him to estate agent.

Should of been made derelict not fit to be lived in.
Full of damp, when it rains flat roof leaks in utility room and sun room. Uses cowboy builder who botches work. Bathroom ceiling collapsed and just bodged job to patch it up. Floors in lounge and hallway sink/bounce when walk on them as joists have gone.

Local transport links ok when buses turn up. Nothing to do in local area. No shops apart from spar. All closed down and now either take aways or nail/beauty bars.
