Landlord wouldnt do repairs, or basic repairs he did were done on cheap with cowboys and sub standard materials.

Full of damp, needs roof fixing, heating not work properly, windows not fitted correct, path all around property sinking and rising and dangerous. Garage roof asbestos crumbling/falling apart wont repaid.
