If I could put 0 stars I would. This company has now moved to Epsom, and may have improved now, and before the manager we had there were no issues between tenant and agency. However upon checkout we were charged extortionate amounts for (among other things) cleaning (when we had already cleaned), rubbish removal (for rubbish we took with us!) And a repaint of the whole property (Some charges were waived). We found the lettings manager incredibly rude and unprofessional. It should be noted that this was a few years back so its possible the property has been given double glazing (I don't know) and the agents improved by now (I sincerely hope so) but this was an incredibly negative experience of renting for us, I hope we never have this again.

Property rating

House conversion, top floor flat. 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen and shower/wet room. Main problem was no double glazing except in bathroom (where there were no blinds so the whole street could see you shower unless you hung a towel over the window) so VERY cold in winter- heating did little to help.
Overall a decent property aside from that (although the landlord insisted on those horrid white carpets they all seem to love so really impractical in that respect). Good sized flat for a couple, nice kitchen, nice bedroom, road is fairly quiet and neighbours were nice.
