Landlord's behavior is unacceptable, he invents unacceptable rules for example:
Landlord invented the rule that every tenant must do general-cleaning including the wet cleaning of the whole property as minimum as twice per week, why not 4-5 times per week?

This landlord denied signing the contract. You are not protected if you don't have the signed contract.

His deposit rule is also unacceptable, he will never give you the deposit back, instead, you must notify him that you are leaving and then he said you will use your deposit to pay the last 2 weeks' rent.

This is flat, it has five rooms and only one shower. This property has been rented out per room basis. The total amount of people living in the property might be approx 8-10, it's hard to take a shower when 8-10 folks are at home simultaneously.
There are BEDBUGS in this Flat !!!
There is mold in the flat because people dry their clothes in the rooms.
Doors have very loud locks so you cannot sleep when someone going toilet night.
The wall insulation between the rooms is so bad that you hear your neighbors at night even if they talk quietly. You just cannot sleep.
