Agency was very helpful, I can't really fault them at all. Pretty much left us alone aside from inspections which were always done quickly and efficiently. Accomodating to pets (and nice when they visited). Good with check out process and didn't take any of our deposit (except a small fee agreed as we didn't have enough time to finish everything). Communication was always good, the only problem we had was that they also were agents for the property with the problem neighbour, so when it came to a dispute they couldn't really do much.

Ground floor maisonette. Nice quiet road, decent sized property and garden. We took unfurnished. Small problem with mould as is common with this type of house but overall the house was lovely. 2 bedrooms of reasonable size, good sized living room, quite small kitchen with unfortunately rather small fridge and freezer which was slightly inconvenient. Lovely house overall, would likely have stayed a long time had it not been for problems with an aggressive neighbour. We also had a driveway to the property which up until the end we used before the neighbour began blocking it, there was nothing to be done about this (so we were told).

Ewell is a lovely area, 2 pubs both just 2 minutes away so that was a plus! Buses can be tricky and infrequent depending on where you are going. A few parks nearby and some nice cafes in the village. Near Epsom town centre and bus links to Kingston and other areas.
