Landlord rating
The poorest communication skills I have ever seen from any landlord. Outright rude and condescending, very much thinks hes better than any of the students he rents out to and no care for wellbeing. When we have tried to reach out to him he has read and ignored messages. Will try to bleed as much money out of you as possible. Also know people in four of his other 20+ properties that have all had bad experiences too.

6 bedrooms, two bathrooms. Lots of mould, complained to landlord and was no help. The guttering on roof is so blocked that water runs directly onto the house. Freezer and fridge draws broken, overall condition of house was dirty and disgusting when we moved in (very clearly hadnt been cleaned) and when we moved out still wanted us to pay £90 cleaning fee each.

Lovely area, quick 5 minute walk to Winton high-street which is perfect for student jobs. Bus stop is a minute walk from the house too and an easy cycle to uni.
