Property rating
1 bedroom property rented for the price of two bedroom, ongoing mould issue due to lack of vent holes and building insulation. Landlord doesn’t want to deal with it but happy to take money off deposit for petty things such as wear and tear or additional carpet cleaning as she doesn’t like the carpet cleaner we’ve used.
