Property rating
The landlord at 23 Sheridan Road in Ham, Richmond,TW10 7NH is the most fraudulent person I have met in my life. I do not want another family to be taken advantage of. He has a history of giving long tenancy agreements only to not uphold it and say he wants to sell then has several viewers to interrupt the home living with back & forth decisions to sell and not to sell then finally sending out section 21 to vacate only to put property on rent again at a higher price before original contract expires. On top of everything else the property is kept in immaculate condition and reports from estate agents provide details of this but he delays deposit and wants all of it and claims for damages that is not even in line with the estate agents advise that its is unacceptable and unreasonable.
Please please please stay away from this property as it is cursed with the owners that have no intention of the tenants wellbeing.

Area rating
Neighbours are good either side of the house but many on the street has seen police intervene with antisocial behaviour and police chasing men on the street and tazing them while trying to run away so overall not a great street for family and children.
