Landlord rating
This landlord has upped the rent by 23% between us leaving and the new tenants moving in!! Wanted to deduct for dusting of the living room lampshade and 'silicone stained with mould', despite us paying for a deep-clean recommended by the letting agent after we left? We lost £110 of deposit overall as they also wanted money for a new carpet on a high-traffic area at the top of the stairs, no wear and tear taken into consideration.

Using at least 5-year old photos to advertise the property. The property we left and the photos of the property on the website are not the same - different kitchen and bathroom so be aware! Communication slow to let us know about deductions, but overall not invasive or controlling.
