Very disappointing. This agency is only there for Landlords and does absolutely nothing to assist tenants. I have spent 3 months in a rental property, with many requests for various repairs that are necessary, not one has been dealt with. BEWARE if you are planning to rent a property which they manage. Instead they drive past the property regularly to spy, send countless emails reminding me of my duties as a tenant, threatening to deduct various amounts from my deposit (without looking inside the house - it is clean and tidy) and are generally arrogant and money - grabbers, to be avoided at all costs!!

Very dilapidated, not painted before I moved in, electric heating was totally ineffective, bathtub had NO enamel left on the base. Unfortunately I couldn't view before signing the tenancy agreement as I was overseas.
Overall very run down, kitchen appliances were very old and rusty.

Very noisy at the property due to a busy road, a motorbike race track just minutes away , a microlight airfield backing on to the garden.
Only a few miles away from North Berwick, lovely beaches and amenities.
