Truely awful landlady. Harasses tenants, by calling by the property and telephoning whenever she felt like it. Let herself into the rear garden on a number of occasions, without giving notice. My CCTV captured her on a number of occasions spying into the garden. Bullied her other tenants into applying for the ECO4 grant, asking them to reduce their wages in order to qualify, then evicts tenants once the grant is successful. I complained about a rat infestation in the property, I was then served with a no fault eviction. I was evictee number 5!

Property was run down and feezing cold, moldy and damp. No heating in the bathroom, kitchen or hall, as the back boiler would not heat the radiators. Windows were draughty and needed replacing. Rat infestation in the loft and exterior of the property crumbling, allowing them free access. Whole property dated, and in need of replacement. Tiny rooms. The house nextdoor was dilapidated, which also allowed rats access.
