Hostile and occasionally threatening - turned up at our door at one point and shouted in my face that we hadn't yet put the bins back in the garden (1 day after bin day). Micromanages your entire tenancy. Attempted to get me to buy a replacement sofa set as the one in the house was deteriorating due to poor quality and age (price ~£600) - I refused - ended up coming out of our deposit at £200 (which it shouldn't have done anyways as it was not damage that we caused).
