Never around, never performed any repairs we requested, ignored all texts and emails about problems with the house. At the end of the tenancy he tried to con us out of our deposit and get an extra £200 out of us claiming we caused damage to the property that was already there when we moved in. Luckily we had proof of this, took months to get our deposit back though with multiple emails back and forth arguing the condition of the house. Also tried to steal a fridge that we replaced for his broken one. £200 brand new fridge and he only gave us £60. Con man.

Ok property, 2 bed home for me and my fiancé to stay in whilst attending uni. House was dirty when we moved in, had a dirty carpet, oven etc. House was also freezing cold in winter and boiling hot in summer.
