Landlord rating
I can't fault him on a single thing. Nice, helpful, fair, capable, competent, caring and reliable. Pretty much the perfect landlord. Any time we had a problem, he personally arranged fixing it as soon as possible, and didn't try to gouge money out of us unnecessarily at any point.

Fairly quiet residential streets, close to the Urgent Care Centre, a couple of schools, a children's centre, a park, a playground and a relatively short walk from a decent selection of grocery shops, takeaways, vets, doctors, dentists and newsagents.
