DO NOT rent with this company - I have had the worst experience. While the property is okay, they never respond, even for urgent repairs that can cause health issues and injury!

I have been waiting *months* for repairs to be carried out - our kitchen tap has been leaking since before I moved in

I went for a viewing at a studio and fell in love with it in October of my first year as my second-year property sent all the information over. Everything was confirmed via text message, and sent over the deposit. It got to two weeks before the moving-in date and hadn't signed an agreement and no contract was sent over. So I called them and was told that my room had been given to somebody else due to an admin error and that they were 'so sorry' but couldn't change it. They took me to other properties and ended up with a studio and a contract that I did not want to be in, WITH NO EXIT CLAUSE! This property did not match what I wanted from the place I was originally promised and my mental health took a huge deplete partly for this reason. I was nowhere near any of my friends and have since had to remove myself from the university for my health and safety.

Wanted to charge my daughter and partner £1,000 a month. Colin believed that this was an acceptable condition to acceptance tennancy.
Totally rip off merchants.
We had to find new accomodation PDQ and they are now withholding our deposits even through the flat has been re-let.
Trust this agent at your own peril.

Lack of communication between all sides. Maintaince team will not even reply or send anyone to fix something. Last person you speak to quits without them telling you and so no cross communication is addressed. They will not respond to your emails or calls. When they do respond to call it never gets fixed tells you week after week that will get fixed but never until you leave the propery. Will also give you the wrong address

As soon as we signed the contract they became useless. Took days to respond despite viewing the message almost immediately. Promised us refurbishments and fixes during the viewing which never happened and are currently telling potential tenants the same thing. Little communication between them and the landlord. Lured us in with a free bbq and a free entry chain into clubs (which the door staff don’t accept anyway). Fees were not properly explained.
