Wanted to charge my daughter and partner £1,000 a month. Colin believed that this was an acceptable condition to acceptance tennancy.
Totally rip off merchants.
We had to find new accomodation PDQ and they are now withholding our deposits even through the flat has been re-let.

the flat was disgusting, not cleaned since the last tennant. Broken shower, stains on every carpet, bed held together with duct tape... the list was extensive

Entrance to building was musty and full or rubbish and broken / discarded furniture. Surrounding area had overflowing bins, rubbish and food produce strewn over the ground
