Awful communication, again reads messages then responds days later. We have yet to meet the landlady. Previous tenants would agree mentioning she “asked them to restrict showers to 3 minutes” and “the 7ft gap in the fence has been there 2 years since we moved in”. Refuses to sort the mould problem and blames it on “washing on the radiator” despite evidence to suggest otherwise. Charged previous tenants for cleaning yet we moved in the day after and the house was dusty, mouldy and with underwear and wrappers under the beds. The fence was fixed after we bagged for a month however no other repairs/maintenance has been done. Can’t wait to move out of the property.

As soon as we signed the contract they became useless. Took days to respond despite viewing the message almost immediately. Promised us refurbishments and fixes during the viewing which never happened and are currently telling potential tenants the same thing. Little communication between them and the landlord. Lured us in with a free bbq and a free entry chain into clubs (which the door staff don’t accept anyway). Fees were not properly explained.

6 bed property with 2 bathrooms, garden & sitting room.
House has a big damp and mould problem effecting the bathroom and two of the upstairs rooms. Bathroom is dated and falling to bits, we were promised a refurb before moving in. House is cold and draughty.
