Landlord rating
Ignores your messages when you report issues and does nothing about them. Not been to the house since before the previous tenant had moved in but then tried to blame us for marks on carpet. Never cleaned windows despite it being her responsibility. Many windows didn’t shut. Replaced boiler but then left it part finished. Greedy and views your deposit as a windfall.

Property was OK. At first we loved it but as things started not to work and the landlord ignore your reports and requests to fix the place became less and less appealing.
