Pretty much left us alone aside from inspections which were always done quickly and efficiently. Accomodating to pets (and nice when they visited). Good with check out process and didn't take any of our deposit (except a small fee agreed as we didn't have enough time to finish everything). Communication was always good, the only problem we had was that they also were agents for the property with the problem neighbour, so when it came to a dispute they couldn't really do much."

One of their customers had this to say about Regal Lettings Agents in Maidstone: "Totally incompetent. Since moving in 14 Dec 2018 (early on their request), asked to set payment date to payday, 25th. Was okayed subject to payment for gap. Jan comes, no bill - demand for money on 15th (phone call and threatening letter) - explained on phone and was again okayed by landlord and was told would be sorted for Feb (they sent me a spreadsheet showing the amount extra for gap). Feb 15th, again a phone call and threatening letter - again explained they really need to sort their crap out and look at their own records. Paid with extra 2 weeks (gap money) as stated on spreadsheet. Every month since I get phone call and letter demanding money (hlaf the rent because they still cannot seem to acknowledge that the extra 2 weeks was for the agreed - 4 times now - change of payment date and not a part payment of rent). |Sent complaint emails and letters; no reply. Just same demand threatening 30 quid fee and "further action". Will be moving out as soon as my contract ends - sorry for landlady who is marvellous! Avoid these idiots like the plague!!!"
