Border between Kemptown and Whitehawk, not awful, not great. A lot of building work going on all the time.

A couple of shop and takeaways up the road. A pretty vile pub that you shouldn't go in.. Great transport links, the tram stop is 2 minutes away and the trip to town takes around 50 minutes. The local bus services are poor.

It's a 15 minute walk to Wythenshawe, through the parks by the school so it's not a bad walk or you can go on the tram in 5 minutes.

Air traffic taking off and landing at all times is a nightmare but double glazed windows when closed helps.

Friendly neighbourhood. Tescos close by with off license at top of the street. Lots of cafes and restaurants

Newham, not much to say. Not much happening around the particular property, although the connection via Canning Town is decent, albeit bit of a walk

The location is on Trent's doorstep (Peel Street) but there are plenty more properties with good agents

Nice area, next to Kelvingrove park, plenty of shops nearby. Just a pity about the landlords.

Had issue with neighbours stealing parcels left in common area but they have left now.

You can roll out of bed and into the union. The bass from 601 was audible in my room but this is actually quite good if you want to be able to hear Cascada without leaving your bed

Central location to all amenities but poor communal area opening up onto main street directly onto a bus stop.
