15min walk from the station.

Loud outside (main road always busy and people working in the area next to garden very loud from 7am every day (even burning wheels sometimes, which makes it all very smelly).

Property is directly onto a fairly busy road, but is set far enough back and with a large hedge that this isnt much of an issue. About a 15min walk wither to sportspark entrance via Earlham Road or 15/20min walk to centre of campus via George Borrow Road and The Avenues. 5 minute walk to Tesco Express/Coop and 5 min walk to Coop/shops on the Avenues. No26 bus stop into town 2 mins away opposite the police station. or towards Uni 2 mins away on Colman Road.

The roommates were untidy and I wasn't allowed to meet them before moving in. The area was ok but you could see it was becoming run down.

What more can I say. Old Orchard Street is absolutely beautiful (if you ignore the freemasons turning up every Monday looking like extras from Jeeves and Wooster).

Very good area, nice neighbours. I'd heartily recommend Empire Square to anyone, just not number 31 due - unfortunately - to a very dishonest and extremely difficult landlord

Great transport links not a bad area but has gone downhill somewhat. Bus stops are about ten minutes walk. Local park nearby but not safe. Nice little coop and pizza place but not as nice an area as it used to be avoid

With other new builds, only fault is sometimes the children were loud and would knock on the door.

Shepherd's Bush in London; nice residential street with large houses. Parks are nearby I believe but I didn't go to them.

Despite Fallowfield being a great area to live in, the road this property is on was known for the wrong reasons, especially at night. Local residents there were very unfriendly, possibly exacerbated due to the appearance of the property for four months with plyboard instead of glass in the front door. Neighbours made it clear they thought this was my son/his housemates fault, which it wasn’t, and they received very negative comments that made them all feel very uncomfortable living there. Despite telling Simon about this, they still had to wait four months for this repair to be completed.
