Never dealt with her, I believe she is based in Northern Ireland and this flat is her nest egg, really doesn't care about the flat as long as it's paying out. We asked her to accept to let us leave a couple of weeks before the end of tenancy (due to corona we had to serve our notice twice), she denied this request.

Very Cold, badly insulated, Mouldy and Damp. I stayed here for more than 3 years and had to run de-humidifier every day, no amount of heating maintain comfortable temperature. Electronic equipment twice succumbed to the damp, black mould could be found everywhere. My wife got allergy because of the mould, as soon as we left she's perfectly fine. Kitchen very small with no extractor fan. The water heater is in the bedroom and boiler kicks-off at 11pm every night (Eco 7), it also drips throughout the night.

Flat is conveniently located close to all amenities however, due to it's central location there are a lot of drug addicts and petty crime in this area.
