Landlord rating

A bully, condescending, pushy, dishonest, money-grabbing, threats; as he owns the property and what’s refers in emails “the landlord this… that…” - called my partner stupid. Had an aggravating and angry sounding tone over the phone when we called.
Will try and overcharge for very small jobs and regular wear and tear that shouldn’t come out of deposit.

Property was worn, dated and in desperate need of a touch up. Thread-bare carpets, drafty windows and door(s), bathroom not insulated (so very cold in winter), furnished but with old furniture that was stained/slightly damaged upon move in. House hadn’t been cleaned properly on arrival when we moved in - there was rubbish/debris under both beds. Dust everywhere.

Good neighbours, but thin walls so could hear most of what neighbours were doing I.e baby crying or coughing, even talking. Lots of verbal domestics going on late at night on street and surrounding streets.
