Landlord was completely absent until it was time to check out - almost everything taken care of by the Management Company. Sadly, they are useless. This flat fortunately had few issues, but the building is plagued with snags that haven’t been fixed. LL himself was extremely difficult and childish when it came to requesting deposit back. Do swot up on wear & tear and insist on visits and extensive amounts of written communication if you do rent from him.

The flat is unfurnished but new. Everything is built well, but to a budget, do not expect marble worktops. For a single person, it is small, but functionally fine. The bedroom easily fits a King. Windows are fairly large but the flat never receives an enormous amount of light. It isn’t dingy by any stretch though. The upside of this is that during the hot summer months it isn’t scorching hot, and during winter it remains pretty warm without running an enormous energy bill.
