Avoid this landlord like the plague! This man is truly evil and corrupt. He bullied and coerced me out of £1,475 to repoint his large patio! He sent me multiple abusive texts and made multiple aggressive phone calls during my last 6 months at the property. He entered my property without required notice, shouting at me. He tried keeping all my deposit (TDS saw through his lies and returned all my deposit to me)

He has a history of being like this with his tenants, including inappropriate behaviour with women when drunk, aggressive phone calls and conning tenants out of money).

He is known locally as “The Crazy Old Man at No 30” due to his shouting from inside his house when delivery drivers turn up or certain post arrives.

Do not rent from this horrible, angry old man.

Property itself was absolutely fine. Very pleasant, in fact. It had a connecting door to his house (he lives next door) but I blocked this up due to the landlord’s deranged personality.
