Neighbourhood and local area reviews for renting in United Kingdom

Local area is nice, transport to the university is ideal and there are good bus links to town

The only good things about the property were that it was within walking distance to the university, had a close bus link to the town centre and was a two minute walk from the local Onestop. The neighbours were horrible. They would report us to Liz for the most minor of things these include;
Having a BBQ
Watching a film to loud
Moving a bed
Coming home from the student union past ten o’clock at night
Play on the Xbox too loud
Having a household dinner
Smoking in the backgarden
Watching the season finally of Peaky Blinders at 8:30
And various others. Yet they are more than will doing to do housework at 7am on a Sunday morning and think nothing off it. Break government imposed lockdown, multiple times to have parties and withholding parcels.

Friendly and safe neighbours nothing to fault about the neighbourhood fellow students nearby

Very close to uni, friendly neighbours, good transportation links. 25 min walk from town

In close proximety to shop and multiple takeaways, 10min walk to town and a bus stop opposite with direct link to town.

In the centre of town so near the railway station, university and hospital. Easy access.

The location is easy for getting to university and going out, but the noise is annoying. If you are below the 10th floor, you'll probably struggle to sleep. One side is a nightclub, the other side is a busy main road with bus stops and takeaways that stay open very late. Shouting, screaming and fighting is a regular event.

The area is lovely. Good transport links and decent town centre. Quiet and friendly. Plenty of food outlets.

The area is nice, there are multiple supermarkets near by and it's reasonably close to the university.
There is a lot to do in the area too!

The neighbourhood is the best. Very good transport and shops. There is underground, busses and DLR.
