Very centrally located on Furnival Street. The area seemed safe and convenient for all amenities in the city.

Very noisey but very close to tescos and sainsburys. Also close to the tram and bus. Just about walking distance to Uon science and to town.
Small amount of parking is free nearby

We had lovely neighbours however, the location meant that there was lots of strange goings on in the park behind the property...

Less than 5 minute walk to m&s and aldi and a 7 minute walk to south street so relatively close to town. A few minutes away from the post office and shell petrol station

Close to the Cromwell shop and bus stop, five/ten minute walk to main campus, even longer to west downs, and close to town. Lovely neighborhood and neighbors. Plus there’s a backyard.

Decent area. Good walking distance from town Good links to major roads. Quiet neighbourhood.

Nightclub next door. Smoking area right outside bedroom window. Very close to a Tesco and a quick walk to the Riverside and the train station.

On the other side of town to the University, however there is a Park and Ride down the road which can be used to navigate the hill. The walk is not very long, roughly 20 minutes at a fast pace.

The house is close to town, which is roughly a 10 minute walk near the river or Cathedral at an average pace. There are a few places to get food shopping in town (Sainsbury's, Iceland, M&S). If essentials are needed, then there is a 24 hour petrol station a 2 minute walk from the house.

The house is surrounded by other student houses and flats, although there are normal residents nearby too.

Lower Stanmore, close to the Cromwell Road shop. Perfect for students, only 10 minute walk to Main Campus. Perfect for students.

Other than Gloucester Quays the area was awful. The local car parks were dirty and you felt uncomfortable to walk through them in the dark on you own the local people were unpleasant.
All in all I regret renting with this company and in this area.
