Landlord rating
Overall the best landlords I have ever had. They actually care that you have a nice time in their property. As long as you treat the property with respect they will do everything in their power to fix any problem that occurs pretty as quickly as possible. Fast communication and lovely people was an absolute joy to be their tenant.

The property was a good size with up to date white goods and appliances. Medium to loud sounds can travel through walls but not really an issue. Plenty of storage space in the kitchen and around the house with a really good back garden.
The property's decor is a little dated but again isn't really an issue as the furniture is well kept.

Area rating
The area is amazing. It's close to two bus routes that lead into the city. There is a co-op basically opposite the property which is really handy if you need anything. Is very close to Eaton park and is only a 6-minute walk to UEA. There is only on-street parking spaces but there is normally plenty of room on the street to park a car.
