Landlord review for Penny Sutton, Norwich

Landlord rating: 10
Communication was fantastic, very fast responses and they were always happy to help. Really friendly as well and let us know in advance when people were coming to view the house.
Would definitely recommend Penny and Allen.

Property review for 28 Bevan Close, Earlham, Norwich

Property rating: 10
3 double rooms, with a small kitchen and living room and a garden with a washing line and shed which we had use of containing 4/5 drying racks. The house kept the heat in well so energy bills were low, shower was electric and powerful. Rooms were bright and airy. Two bedrooms had a west-facing view over the bowthorpe marsh, so sunsets were spectacular to watch.
Out of the very few problems we had landlords promptly fixed. Energy is on a smart meter so easy to see how much you’re spending and easy to top up online.
There’s a driveway and also space at the front of the house so room for 2 cars. Also a locked shed for bike storage etc.
Each room had at least one cork board which was pretty handy and a shelving unit and a desk as well as a chest of draws and wardrobe (in one of the rooms the cupboard in the hallway acted as a wardrobe but that was perfectly manageable and saved space in the bedroom.
Never had any problems with the neighbours either.
A cosy place perfect for 3 uni students and the cheapest rent I paid in Norwich out of my 3 houses.

Area review for Earlham, Norwich

Area rating: 9
I loved that this house is opposite the bowthorpe Marsh, felt nice to have a view of nature out the window. Neighbourhood is mainly families, I wasn’t aware of any other students on our road, so pretty quiet area. You can walk along the marsh opposite the house or get to earlham park really easily so has a nice run route close by too. Closest convenient shop is probably the tesco petrol station on Earlham road, maybe a 15 minute walk from the house. The 22 bus stop was a 5 minute walk from the house but town was only a 15 minute cycle away via earlham.
The road is pretty quiet from the house and could hear many birds in the morning.
