Landlord rating
House was filthy when we moved in yet we got charged for cleaning after we left even though it was cleaner than when we moved in. He also charged the previous tennants for damaging the carpets yet didn't do anything about this. Usually prompt to reply and solve issues (except when we went without hot water for over 24 hours) but sometimes arrived unannounced.
