Landlord rating

Landlords were friendly and helpful. Easy to contact via email, text or phone, and always responded quickly to problems or queries. Always provided reasonable notice before visiting the property, and happy to work around our schedules. Very good at keeping the property in good condition; repainted bedrooms and replaced kitchen flooring before we moved in, replaced some furniture and all carpets when we moved out, repainted bathroom during our tenancy. Really reasonable and accommodating: had a lock fitted to one of the double rooms before we moved in at my housemate's request.

Four bedroom house, two double rooms and two single rooms, three upstairs and one downstairs. Toilet in separate room to sink and shower-bath. Spacious open-plan kitchen and living room with dining table. Storage space under the stairs. Good sized garden. Wooden shed and brick outhouse, both with locks, so idea for storing bikes. Access through the rear of the property via an alleyway. Parking space for one car at the front of the property. Some recurring issues with plumbing, heating and doors getting stuck, but all resolved before we moved out.

5-10 minute walk to 21/22/23/24 bus route, and 15-20 minute walk to 26 bus route. 10-15 minute walk from Tesco, open 6am-11pm Monday-Sunday. 30 minute walk from city centre. Small corner shop just down the road. Family neighbourhood, neighbours very friendly, never had any problems. Some noise on the street, but never bothered us too much. Not always comfortable walking through the neighbourhood late at night, but streets well lit at all hours.
