Our landlords here are lovely. Really helpful and always just a text away thankfully though we haven't had to bother them too much as the house has been great. When I did have to figure out how to bleed my radiator the landlord was very helpful.

Property is great! Good sized rooms. Very spacious kitchen.
House comes with a washer and dryer (which is an extra bonus for a student house)
The living/ Dining room is a little cramped but enough space for all of us.

This house is less than a 10-minute walk to the UEA campus.
Really close to a co-op and takeaway shop which is very convenient and the proximity to Eaton park is lovely.
We also have access to the 25 and 26 bus routes within a 5-minute walk.
