Landlord rating
Shockingly bad landlords. Will not repair what actually needs repairing yet will repair things that don’t need it. Visit without notice, get noisy ‘repairs’ done without giving notice. Do not reimburse you for the huge surge in power bills cause by said unnecessary repairs

3 bedroom house. Terrible condition, carpet in the kitchen (unsanitary), barely functioning bathroom, boiler constantly breaking, mouldy curtains, mouldy bathroom
