Landlord rating
Landlords are pleasant and fairly easy to get hold of. They have listened to us, and although they didnt always believe the problems we found, they always tried to help and did offer solutions once they agreed with issues. A very helpful couple who I would be very happy to rent from again.

House was in good condition, 3 large doubles and a small but well thought out single. Two bathrooms, a good sized living room and a small but well designed kitchen with plenty of storage. Oven and fridge were replaced during our tenancy. We had some problems with the roof these were fixed pretty promptly and the entire roof has now been replaced. Parking for at least three cars, a shed and a useable garden.

Property is directly onto a fairly busy road, but is set far enough back and with a large hedge that this isnt much of an issue. About a 15min walk wither to sportspark entrance via Earlham Road or 15/20min walk to centre of campus via George Borrow Road and The Avenues. 5 minute walk to Tesco Express/Coop and 5 min walk to Coop/shops on the Avenues. No26 bus stop into town 2 mins away opposite the police station. or towards Uni 2 mins away on Colman Road.
