Local area is nice with many restaurants and shops within a short walking distance. Adequate transport links with multiple bus stops in the surrounding area.

Great location in centre of Liverpool, 2 minute walk to bars and shops. Parking is a problem as the a Cargo refuse visitor parking, but this can be obtained from LCC.

The neighbours are great. Always ready to help you and they know how is the Lanlord.b

The property is located close to the train station and city centre. It's on a main road so it is quite noisy. You can laways hear the ambulances.

Issues with drugs on the estate yet all neighbours seemed friendly enough, apart from the usual kids running around I had no issues

Really close to lots of local shops, a really safe road as far as Selly Oak goes and a short walk to Selly Oak train station.

Really good location for the bus to uni and access to town. No issues with neighbours

I like it tbh, close to the tram and the forest field park, close to a shop open almost 24/7; gym, b&m, aldi and the range are 5 min away, asda 10 min. City center 15-20

bad neighborhood, lots of crime, loud and violent sounds throughout the whole night almost every night. Landlord leaves garbage in our back and frontyard on the regular which we got a penalty for by the local police office. A bunch of scummy rats

Gorgeous neighbourhood, lovely people and access to loads of shops. Really local to tube/train stops too.
