It's quite far away from the centre, ideally have a car. Neighbours right next door have domestic issues so if you get an upstairs room far left you will hear them argue, usually graveyard hours. Street is way too quiet so you will hear everything that's happening on it, especially mowing the lawn, voices etc.

Bus isn’t very reliable and the area around the accommodation isn’t too residential/doesn’t always feel safe at night. There are decent shops though so that’s good and a tram stop nearby

A lot to do in the neighbourhood but can be dangerous at times. 2 min walk from tram stop and opposite uni
