Refused to repair anything including the windows which were on the verge of falling out of the frames. The windows couldn’t be closed for two months, even though she knew I had a small child.

It was a very large two bedroom. The gas cooker was ancient and at the end of its life and would slightly singe and melt the washing machine next to it. The gas boiler needed to be replaced. The fridge was ancient.
