The landlord is irresponsible, he did not provide a contract and he did not save the deposit. When he came back to the property he blamed me for the problem with a shower that was solved in spring. Neighborhood confirmed that the problem existed before me and the landlord agreed on it, but after a few months (When I have already left the flat) he came back to the flat and when I asked him to give me my deposit back which is 500 pounds, he started to blame me in the problem with a shower, and that the flat is dirty, which is not true. He just did not want to give me my money back. I think he planned to do it from the beginning and that's why he did not provide a contract and did not save the deposit. He seemed to be nice at the beginning but at the end, he changed the whole attitude in order to steal money.

The property is ok, however, the room is small and there is a problem with a shower. The bathroom overflows with water.
