Poor. They tried to push us to renew tenancy without giving us rent prices and slow to solve problems. We had a problem with our fire alarm which you would expect to be a high priority issue, but it took almost three months for someone to come and check the alarms within the flat.

The property is pretty average. Rooms vary widely in size but it's alright for four people who are clean and tidy. Windows are really poor though and mould grows around them, plus the building itself sometimes has the downstairs door left open meaning that it's not always the most secure.

The area is really lovely and full of life, particularly for students. It's an up and coming area of the city with tonnes of restaurants and cafes and it has a very nice feel to it. It's really close to a train station and a good location between Glasgow Uni and the City Centre.
