Jas was a pretty good landlord, although it was sometimes hard to get rid of him when he came round and he would just go into rooms without knocking first. He was always willing to work on things whenever they broke in the flat, but it's clear that he cares very little about the flat.

The flat is horrible! Inside it's totally unfinished and very rough looking with paint chipping off, unfinished floorboards, and holes in the ceiling. There's mice in the building (including in the bedrooms). It's a very noisy building and a very odd layout. It gets literally below freezing in the winter and the heating isn't great so you can see your breath constantly.
