Communication was awful. Veronica and her father are arrogant and unhelpful. They have acted in threatening manners and charge a bloody fortune but refuse to fix anything. Veronica is unwilling to fix or replace anything and WILL blame you for anything broken - even on arrival. Flat was disgustingly dirty upon arrival and required a 2-day deep clean at our own expense. Afterwards she refused to return our deposit, despite the flat being in the best condition it ever has been. Under no circumstances should anyone ever rent from her - she takes your money, abuses vulnerable people and the flat and furnishings are as useless as a chocolate frying pan. Flat is freezing and the windows aren’t sealed properly - to which she told us to put sellotape on them...

Property is ok, but structure and furniture are very cheap and not sturdy. Building manager is a weirdo and intercepts mail and keeps it for weeks at a time. Walls and bed squeaks constantly. Veronica is unwilling to fix or replace anything and WILL blame you for anything broken - even on arrival. Flat was disgustingly dirty upon arrival and required a 2-day deep clean at our own expense. For example, there were dirty pots and pans left that needed to be cleaned and put away, rubbish under the bed, toilet was mouldy and there was liquid stains dribbled down the walls! Afterwards she refused to return our deposit, despite the flat being in the best condition it ever has been.
