Owned by a family that live in Edinburgh. They actually care about the property, which is a nice change from other west end landlords that I've had.

Pretty quick at responding and getting things fixed when they break. They generally don't bother us, unless we've contacted them.

It's a lovely 2 bedroom tenement flat with an open plan kitchen & living room. Double glazed, 1 bedroom is en-suite. Lots of storage space, kitchen has gas hobs & is ok size for 2 people. Gets very warm when the heating is on, but like all tenement flats it gets cold in the winter once the heating is off.

Located in the Queen Margaret Drive area, which is very nice. 10 minute walk from Byres road, and 3 mins from Maryhill Road.

It's at the top of a steep hill, so the last part of the journey home is a bit of a workout.
