Situated in a residential area between Chiswick and Acton it was perfectly situated to access many different shops and great transport links. Plenty of great pubs and restaurants in the area and a wide variety of amenities in the area. Close to several gyms and a park with outdoor gym equipment was 2 minutes from the flat.

Quiet area, near shops and close to centre.

It's safe. Not very friendly or diverse. Very far from the centre. Not much happening over there. Very close to the motorways, so big noise pollution.

There are a lot of shops and places to eat out in the neighborhood. It's close to the university and it has Selly Oak Station. There was an international student just outside the house who got her phone stolen around the start of our tenancy, when everything would still be unfamiliar to everyone, so be careful.

The area is semi rural, scenery around the fields is pretty and not far from the main high street shops

The area was quiet, safe, and convenient, with good access to public transport, shops, schools, parks and other local amenities. Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient place to live.

The area itself was one of the more positive aspects of the tenancy. It benefits from good transport links, convenient local amenities and a generally practical location for day-to-day living.

There are plenty of shops, restaurants and services nearby, making it a convenient place to live - beware it comes at a price of noise from traffic and services.

Great as a student/recent grad but very busy and noisy. Shops, access to public transport and parks all great. Overall a good place to live.
