My area is a good and well-developed locality with easy access to essential facilities like markets, schools, hospitals, and public transport. The neighborhood is clean, safe, and peaceful, making it a comfortable place to live. People are friendly and the surroundings have a positive atmosphere. There are also parks, shops, and restaurants nearby, which adds convenience to daily life. Overall, it is a pleasant and well-connected area with a good quality of living.

The area was lovelly, it felt very safe, with a good amount of nature and access to local bus routes and shops.

Short walk to town centre

Not the fanciest of places, but the railway station is right nearby, and it's a short hop to the city centre. This particular set of buildings is one of the better ones in the area. Another advantage is that you're almost next door to Glasgow Green.

As for the area, I always felt safe living there, which was really important to me. It’s also very close to the train station, which made getting around super convenient.

One small downside might be that the nearest supermarket isn’t right around the corner, but honestly it never caused me any real issues. Since the station is so close, I usually just did my grocery shopping near university or in the city centre and brought everything back on my way home.

There are also bus stops nearby, so transport is easy, and the city centre isn’t far at all. There’s a park nearby as well, which is nice, and it’s also close to the vintage market, which I really enjoyed.

Lots of litter on the ground but good local amenities

Lots of youths on off road bikes in the night, regular car crime. Local kids behave inappropriately without intervention from parents.
